A Fremont man was sentenced to jail after having his intense supervised probation for domestic assault revoked Tuesday in Dodge County Court.
Ron Sulley, 41, was sentenced to 270 days in jail.
“He admitted that he didn't report to probation, that shows the state that he doesn't want to make himself a better person,” said Deputy Dodge County Attorney Oliver Glass.
Glass also said he had been kicked out of the men's batterers program for being disruptive.
Court appointed attorney Rob Keith argued his client since then had been working on a similar batterers program in Lincoln.
