Cases heard Tuesday included (unless otherwise noted, an additional $44 in court costs is added to fines and jail sentences):

* Christopher Anderson, 32, of Ames pleaded guilty to driving under the influence-third offense, a Class W misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for Aug. 28.

* Heraclio Andrade-Rosas, 40, of Hamburg, Iowa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. Sentencing was set for Aug. 21.

* Prince Beal, 44, of Scribner had his sentencing for driving under suspension continued until Aug. 31.

* Susan Betten, 40, of Fremont admitted to a motion to revoke her probation for false reporting, a Class I misdemeanor. An updated pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for Aug. 28.

* Joshua Clark, 28, of Tekamah was sentenced to 30 days in jail and an additional year of probation after admitting to violating his probation for DUI-third offense.

* Jeffrey Craig, 43, of Omaha pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. In exchange for his plea, a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction, was dismissed. He was fined $75.

* Miguel Diaz Perez, 24, of Fremont pleaded innocent to DUI-first offense. An Aug. 21 pretrial conference was set.

* Santos Escobedo, 32, of Fremont had his probation for DUI-first offense extended two months and an additional 20 hours of community service was added to that probation.

* Baltazar Estrada-Garcia, 44, of Fremont pleaded no contest to driving under suspension. He was fined $75.

* Elizabeth Foster, 47, of Omaha had her arraignment on a motion to revoke her probation for DUI-first offense continued until July 31.

* Nichole Hajek, 23, of Columbus pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $75.

* James Hicks, 61, of Ames admitted to violating his probation for DUI-first offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and his driver's license was revoked for six months.

* Brice Johnson, 25, of Dodge was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400 for DUI-first offense. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days.

* Kristen Jorgensen, 24, of Norfolk pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and speeding, an infraction. In exchange for her plea, charges of no proof of insurance and no seatbelts, an infraction, were dismissed. Sentencing was set for Aug. 31.

* Christina Leach, 31, of Fremont pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree forgery, Class I misdemeanors. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for Aug. 28.

* Uvidio Lopez-Valesquez, 23, of Fremont pleaded no contest to first-degree criminal trespass and obstructing a peace officer, both Class I misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 33 days in jail and given credit for time served.

* Troy T. Merritt, 37, of North Platte pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

* Donna Mitchell, 44, of Fremont pleaded guilty to writing an insufficient funds check, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $30 in restitution.

* Zachary Mohr, 23, of Fremont had his arraignment continued until July 31. He is charged with DUI-first offense and no proof of insurance.

* Gerardo Navarro, 42, of Fremont was fined $150 for driving during revocation. His driver's license was revoked for one year.

* Juan Manuel Olan-Jiminez, 34, of Wahoo pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. In exchange for his plea, the charge was amended from DUI-first offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing set for Aug. 21.

* A Sept. 17 preliminary hearing was set for Jesus Ortega Pareja, 34, of Fremont. He is charged with sexual assault of a child, a Class IIIA felony.

* Leta Fornoff was appointed to represent Deborah Pumala, 31, of Fremont and arraignment on a motion to revoke probation for theft by shoplifting, a Class I misdemeanor, was continued until July 31.

* Marcos Rodriguez, 28, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. In exchange for his plea, the charge was amended from DUI-second offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

* Christopher Scheel, 29, of Bellwood had his sentencing for DUI-first offense continued until Aug. 14 so he could get a chemical evaluation.

* Brett Stacey, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and no valid registration, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $100.

* Raymond Stonehocker, 63, of Fremont had his arraignment on a motion to revoke his probation for DUI-first offense continued until July 31.

* Jennifer J. Thomsen, 34, of Decatur and her arraignment was continued until July 31. She is charged with driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor, and open container, and infraction.

* Andrew J. Thomson, 17, of Fremont pleaded guilty to careless driving, no seatbelts and unsafe backing, all infractions. He was fined $200.

* Avis Andrews was appointed to represent Timothy Versch, 47, of Springfield and arraignment for DUI-second offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content, a Class I misdemeanor, was continued until July 31.

* Christina Boydston was appointed to represent Sasha Womeldorf, 19, of Fremont and arraignment was continued until July 31. Womeldorf is charged with violation of a protection order, a Class II misdemeanor, and the Class III misdemeanors of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

* Jason Zetino-Medina, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentencing was set for Aug. 21.

* Bench warrants for failure to appear were ordered for: Jose Romero Garcia, 19, of West Point; Matthew Halder, 39, Macario Sandoval-Rios, 28, Liberty Hussey, 24, Jordin Ladd, 19, all of Fremont; Jose C. Valdez, 26, of Worthington, Minn.; Manuel Dominguez-Solis, 33, Adrian Gonzalez, 26, and Benjamin A. Johnson, 23, all of Omaha.
