What is going on in our city? I hope people seriously think about this before they go to the polls to vote on May 13.
Gangs are very prevalent in our city and they are beginning to show that they are not afraid of being terroristic. I have lived in Fremont 56 years and I hate seeing what has happened to our city in the last 10-15 years.
These illegal immigrants are slowly but surely taking over our town just as they have in smaller communities. I think it would make all of us scared and angry if we really knew the burden these immigrants have placed on our city and our pocketbooks.
We are subsidizing these gangs and other illegal immigrants to plant their roots here. I am afraid for my children and grandchildren. I want them to enjoy the comforts of this city that I have enjoyed through my life.
Where have our city leaders been? Do they not care? Why have they not seen this happening to us? Why wasn’t this situation nipped in the bud?
You would have had to have been hiding in a closet to not have seen this happening. I could go on and on, but I think most Fremont residents understand what I am talking about, and I feel the problem starts at the top, and I think it is time for a change of leadership in our city.
Term limits are important as I think political people get too comfortable in their positions and start coasting. We need someone who understands that we have an illegal immigration problem in our city and is willing to do something about it.
Scott Schaller has expressed his concerns on illegal immigration, and I feel we need some fresh ideas in our city. We need to take our city back and I think Scott Schaller understands the importance of this.
