Fremont teen doesn’t get bond reduced

A Fremont teenager was denied a reduction in bond Monday in Dodge County District Court.

Richard L. Dobesh, 18, of Fremont is accused of violating his probation for two charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, Class IV felonies.

He is accused of testing positive for drugs, missing probation appointments, not being employed, leaving the county without permission and not paying probation fees.

He entered no plea and his arraignment was continued until June 2.

A request to reduce his bond from 10 percent of $50,000 to 10 percent of $5,000 was denied.
