Residents, staff participate in activities during National Nursing Home Week

Fremont area nursing homes are celebrating. It’s National Nursing Home Week.

Residents at A.J. Merrick Manor, Arbor Manor and Nye Pointe participated in a variety of activities throughout the week including planting flowers and enjoying banana splits and ice cream sundaes.

Clarmar Elementary students helped brighten the halls of Nye Pointe with pictures they drew for a contest. The three winners were Jordyn Sickels, Brittany Morehouse and Hannah Novotny.
