A Fremont man was cited early this morning after being accused of slashing a car tire in a parking lot.
Jessie Upchurch, 24, of Fremont was cited for criminal mischief, a Class III misdemeanor, and released.
Lt. Jeff Elliott said officers were dispatched at
12:27 a.m. to 2200 block of N. Broad Street where a car tire had been slashed. Upchurch was found in the area and determined to have slashed the tire.
