A Fremont woman was arrested late Sunday night after being accused of drugging her live-in boyfriend, Fremont Police reported.

Jennifer Murray, 30, was charged with second-degree domestic assault, a Class IIIA felony.

Lt. Jeff Elliott said officers were called at 11:35 p.m. Sunday to an apartment in the 800 block of W. Tenth Street. A man living with Murray said she gave him sleeping pills without his knowledge.

As of press time, Murray remained in the Dodge County Jail. Bond had yet to have been set and no future court dates were available.
