Juniors win 2 by 15-run rule

SEWARD -- The First State Bank Juniors earned a pair of wins via the three inning 15-run rule last weekend in a doubleheader at Seward.

First State won its first game 20-1. Austin Knupp was the winning pitcher with two strikeouts, one walk and one earned run in three innings of work.

Aaron Carnahan, Michael Hahn, Dylan Sendgraff and Dylan McQuiston each had two hits in the three-inning contest.

In game two, First State earned a 16-1 win. Hahn pitched a one-hitter with six strikeouts and no walks in three innings.

Sendgraff went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored. Alex Kortan and Hahn each were 2-for-3 at the plate.
