Cases heard Tuesday in Dodge County Court included (unless otherwise noted, an additional $44 in court costs is added to fines and jail sentences):
* Jacob Booze, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
* Keith Booze, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor, and driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. Sentencing was set for Aug. 26.
* Blake Bovill, 21, of Arlington pleaded guilty to minor in possession. He was fined $250.
* Jason Buck, 23, of Fremont pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, a Class I misdemeanor, and criminal mischief, a Class II misdemeanor. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $75 in restitution.
* Richard Christensen, 19, of Fremont was sentenced to 14 days in jail and one year of intense supervised probation for third-degree assault, a Class I misdemeanor. As part of his probation, he must complete an appropriate decision making class.
* John Crom, 18, of Fremont had his sentencing for driving under suspension continued until Aug. 19.
* Melanie Cusick, 38, of Fremont pleaded guilty to violating the vicious dog ordinance, a Class III misdemeanor. She was fined $25.
* Misty Davis, 41, of Nickerson pleaded guilty to writing an insufficient funds check, a Class I misdemeanor. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $483 in restitution.
* Dana Dion, 23, of Valley was sentenced to 30 days in jail, six months of probation and fined $1,000 for DUI-second offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content. As part of her probation, she must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. She also must perform 60 hours of community service and her driver’s license was impounded for two years. An ignition interlock device was approved.
* Bryan Meismer was appointed to represent Caitlin Edwards, 20, of Omaha and a hearing on a motion to revoke her probation for criminal mischief, a Class I misdemeanor, was continued until Sept. 26.
* Joe Janson, 26, of Fremont pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and no license on person, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $100.
* Gregory Jones, 43, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor. Sentencing was set for Aug. 19.
* Dean Larson, 51, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-second offense greater than .15 percent blood alcohol content, a Class I misdemeanor. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing set for Sept. 9.
* Tanya Millie, 35, of Fremont pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by shoplifting, Class II misdemeanors. She was sentenced to six months of probation. As part of her probation, she must complete an appropriate decision making class and 30 hours of community service.
* DeAndra Moore, 22, of Omaha had his sentencing for driving under suspension continued until Sept. 16.
* William Moore, 24, of Winslow pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. He was fined $75.
* Colby Morton, 22, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no valid registration and driving under suspension, Class III misdemeanors. Sentencing was set for Sept. 30.
* Brad Newill, 23, of Fremont pleaded no contest to domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for Sept. 9.
* Donald Pesek, 47, of Omaha pleaded no contest to DUI-first offense. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.
* Sheila Peterson, 30, of Lincoln pleaded guilty to writing an account closed check, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $49 in restitution.
* Kevin Phillips, 20, of Fremont waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Dodge County District Court for an Aug. 11 arraignment. Phillips is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to deliver marijuana, both Class III felonies, and possession of marijuana-more than a pound but less than an ounce, a Class I misdemeanor.
* Elizabeth Poole, 18, of Ingelwood pleaded guilty to minor in possession. She was sentenced to six months of probation.
* Matthew Roeber, 19, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and no motorcycle driver’s license. He was fined $100.
* Kyle Steenblock, 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. In exchange for his plea, a charge of minor in possession was dismissed. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.
* Eric Wallen, 26, of Omaha was sentenced to 30 days in jail, six months, two years of probation and fined $600 for DUI-third offense. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim’s impact panel and a chemical education class. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver’s license was revoked for two years.
* Brian Wesch, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to violating a protection order, a Class II misdemeanor. He was sentenced to seven days in jail.
* Bench warrants for failure to appear were ordered for: Robert Burr, 71, Jose Lopez, 25, Robert McLoud, 34, Emmett McNamara, 20, and Ricardo Mendez, 25, all of Fremont; Lonnie Clark, 20, of Mount Pleasant, Texas; Andrew Luneke, 24, of Omaha; and Michelle Studer, 25, of Columbus.
