The Fremont High JV softball team won a pair recently.
The Tigers downed Lincoln Southeast 11-6 and 17-6 in a doubleheader.
In game 1, Kristen Hoesing took the win on the mound and ended with a triple, double and single with one RBI. Sherise Burnside added two singles and a double and three RBIs. Mattie Kramme ended with three singles and one RBI.
Fremont had a total of 14 hits.
In the second game, Megan Cottier allowed only seven hits in the win. Leading Tigers on offense was Burnside who ended 3-for-3 with one double and two singles and three RBIs, Kristen Hoesing added a single and two RBIs while Megan Cottier had two singles and two RBIs.
