Sex offender lists new address

An area man listed as a Level 3 sex offender on the Nebraska State Patrol’s sex offender registry has moved to a new address.

Travis William Wayne Vaughn, 34, has listed his new address as 1709 Lincoln St., Blair, the State Patrol announced in a press release on Thursday.

Vaughn is a white male who is 6 feet tall, weighs 215 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

He was convicted of assault with intent to commit sexual assault in Scott County District Court in Iowa. He also was convicted of third degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony, in Clinton County District Court in Iowa.

A Level 3 sex offender is one considered at high risk to re-offend.
