Nebraska First Lady Sally Ganem will be the featured speaker at the open house sponsored by the Tally Ho Toastmasters Club meeting on Tuesday in the Keene Memorial Library Annex in Fremont.
A “meet and greet” session with light refreshments is scheduled at 6:45 p.m. with the regular meeting beginning promptly at 7 p.m. Ganem has been a Toastmaster for several years and belongs to a club that meets monthly in Omaha.
The open house event, which is free and open to the public, also will provide guests an opportunity to see how Toastmasters improve their speaking and leadership skills in club settings around the world.
Tally Ho is one of two clubs in the Fremont area that offers the Toastmasters program. The club meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month in the meeting room behind Keene Memorial Library.
