Steven Otte of Wahoo won $3,000 playing the $1 Scratch game Holiday Cash from the Nebraska Lottery.
Otte purchased his winning Holiday Cash ticket at Weston 92 BP. Scratching the ticket, he revealed a winning “Star” symbol with a corresponding prize of $3,000.
There are four $3,000 top prizes in Holiday Cash. Otte is the first person to claim a Holiday Cash top prize to date.
