Sex offender lists new address

A Yutan man listed as a Level 3 sex offender on the Nebraska State Patrol’s sex offender registry has reported a new address.

William L. Rowland, 25, reported his address as 34 Cypress St., the State Patrol stated in a press release issued Monday. Rowland is a white man who is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was convicted of third-degree sexual assault, a Class I misdemeanor, on Dec. 16, 2003, in Saunders County District Court.

A Level 3 sex offender is one who is considered to be at high risk to re-offend.
