A Fremont boy reported a man tried to abduct him during school recess this week, Fremont Police reported.
The 7-year-old boy reported Tuesday to officials at Milliken Park Elementary School he was outside at recess the day before when a man walked up and tried to grab him, said Lt. Jeff Elliott.
The boy told school officials the man grabbed his wrist and tried to walk off with him, but the boy was able to break from his grip, Elliott said.
The boy described the man as Caucasian, about 30 to 40 years old with black hair, wearing glasses and with tattoos on both of his upper arms, Elliott said. The man was also walking a small poodle.
