Dodge County Court for 6-30

The following cases were resolved Tuesday in Dodge County Court:

* Joshua Albers, 21, of Fremont was fined $75 for driving with no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Juan Armenta, 21, of Nickerson was fined $75 for driving with a suspended license, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Dillon Bittner, 18, of Fremont was fined $100 for theft by exercising control, a Class II misdemeanor.

* John Bordeaux, 41, of Fremont was sentenced to 20 days in Dodge County Jail for disorderly conduct, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Brennen Denton, 23, of Fremont was fined $300 and sentenced to 18 months of probation for domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Montana Going, 19, of Omaha was fined $250 for minor in possession of an alcoholic drink, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Janet Goodteacher, 45, of Fremont was sentenced to seven days in Dodge County Jail for theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Paula Guerue-Ludena, 39, of Fremont was sentenced to 30 days in Dodge County Jail for disorderly conduct and consuming alcohol in public, both Class III misdemeanors.

* Jacob Hartmann, 20, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Tedd Hill, 45, listed as a homeless man, was sentenced to six months in Dodge County Jail for violation of a protection order-second offense, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Kayla Jacquart, 18, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Daniel Jenkins, 50, of North Bend was fined $100 for driving with a suspended license and speeding, an infraction.

* Brian Jensen, 30, of Fremont was sentenced to 30 days in Dodge County Jail and fined $500 for driving under the influence–second offense, a Class W misdemeanor. Also his driver’s license was revoked for one year.

* Randall Jones, 28, of Lyons was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400 for DUI. Also his driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

* Stephen Larson, 37, of Fremont was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $600 for DUI. His driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

* Raul Loera, 22, of Omaha was sentenced to 14 days in Dodge County Jail for intimidation by phone and disturbing the peace, both Class III misdemeanors.

* Luis Lopez, 24, of Fremont was fined $2,000 for two counts of owning a potentially vicious dog, a Scribner city ordinance violation.

* Brittany Lundstrom, 19, of Fremont was fined $300 for possession of marijuana-more than one ounce but less than one pound, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Rocio Merida, 18, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Brett Miller, 22, of Omaha was sentenced to 90 days in Dodge County Jail after admitting to violating his probation for DUI-second offense with a blood-alcohol content greater than .15 percent, a Class I misdemeanor. Also his driver’s license was suspended for two years.

* Thomas Mohr, 29, of Fremont was fined $300 for possession of marijuana-less than one ounce, an infraction.

* Graciela Moreno, 18, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Robyn Owen, 22, of Fremont was sentenced to seven days in Dodge County Jail for theft by shoplifting.

* Aryan Petersen, 18, of Fremont was sentenced to six months in Dodge County Jail for attempted escape, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Jared Peterson, 24, of Fremont was sentenced to 48 hours in Dodge County Jail and fined $250 for procuring alcohol for a minor, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Michael Riggs, 19, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Julian Rios Jr., 47, of Fremont was fined $100 and ordered to pay just more than $3,000 in restitution for obtaining unemployment insurance by fraud, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Sean Seagle, 21, of Fremont was fined $350 for minor in possession.

* Nate Thompson, 20, of Fremont was fined $250 for minor in possession.

* Jared Vergith, 18, of Fremont was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
