Julius Pelan

Julius E. "Joe" Pelan, 65, of Schuyler died Friday,

July 3, 2009, at his home.

Survivors include: his wife, Eleanor; and two sons, Doug Pelan of Lincoln and Jeff Pelan of Elkhorn.

The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Divine Mercy Parish, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Schuyler with the Rev. Gerald Leise officiating. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Sunday, with a 7:30 p.m. parish and Knights of Columbus wake service, at Kracl Funeral Chapel in Schuyler. Burial will be at Schuyler Cemetery in Schuyler. A luncheon will follow at St. Mary's Social Center.
