Marv, Bob, John and families,
It was my pleasure to help care for Jeanie. She is a wonderful woman. Jeanie and Marv have always felt like they were part of my family. Thank you so much for sharing your family with me and my family. Jeanie will be missed greatly and I hope to see Marv once in awhile. Words can't express what Jeanie has meant to me, not only Jeanie but all of her family. Thank you and you are in my thoughts.

I can remember meeting Jean as I took an art class at Midland College back in '63. As a stong supporter of the Fremont Area Art Assoc. she was a very great believer of promoting the fine arts in our community.Jean was a very special person and I will always remember her fondly.

My deepest sympathy to Marv and the entire Welstead Family on the passing of Jean, a remarkable woman in everyway. I have fond memories of the kindness Jean and Marv showed me and my family when we first moved to Fremont 10 years ago. Jean never missed an opportunity to make everyone in the neighborhood feel like her best friend. I can’t recall a single conversation when Jean didn’t ask about my sons with utter delight in her voice. While she is best know for her beautiful art works I recall the passion Jean and Marv had for their home and family. Jean and Marv had a devotion to every detail in their lives which really defined them as the wonderful couple they were. Jean will be dearly missed.

Dear Marv, Bob, & Jon,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your families with you loss of Moos. What a wonderful friend and neighbor she was to Turid and I. She was a joy to be around, and loved to laugh and make everyone feel a part of your family. I am so sorry she had to suffer so long.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you, and I cherish the good memories she shared with me.
God Bless, Becky

Marv, Jon and Bob:
My heart goes out to each of you at this difficult time. Moos gave so much to your family, to the city, and all she met. I know my life was forever changed for the better by how she, and of course you Marv, took me when I was a confused teenager and set me on the right path. My thoughts are with all of you.
