Fremont Police arrested a man after being called to John C. Fremont Park Thursday afternoon.
Lt. Glen Still said a woman called the police department at 2:15 p.m. to say that she was in the park, then ended the call.
When officers investigated, Still said they found 22-year-old Chad Kohout of Fremont being uncooperative and argumentative and using profanities.
Kohout was arrested for disorderly conduct.
