Two Fremont teeenagers were injured in a single-vehicle rollover accident Tuesday afternoon.
Spencer Longacre, 17, was transferred to University of Nebraska Medical Center via air ambulance after being transported to Fremont Area Medical Center, Dodge County Sheriff Steve Hespen said.
Longacre was listed in serious condition.
Seventeen-year-old Sammie Althayed, who was a passenger in the 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier that rolled, was transported to FAMC.
Hespen said Longacre was westbound on County Road T west of U.S. Highways 77/275 about 2 p.m. Tuesday when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled. As of Tuesday afternoon, there was no cause of the accident listed.
Longacre was ejected from the vehicle.
Hespen said neither Longacre nor Althayed were wearing seatbelts.
No citations were issued, he said.
