The Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the recipients of this year’s Membership Awards.
Awards are:
* Business of the Year fewer than 25 employees: Audio Video Specialist.
* Business of the Year 25 employees or more: Nye Senior Services.
* Agricultural Business of the Year: Rawhide Chemoil.
* Farm Family Excellence Award: Jack and Jeff Engel Families.
Earlier this year, the Fremont Area Chamber accepted nominations from the Chamber’s general membership for these awards.
The nominees were then examined by the awards selection committee to determine if all of the set criteria were met. The Farm Family Excellence Award was chosen by the Agricultural Business Council.
The recipients will be honored and recognized for their contributions to the positive growth of the business community at the Fremont Area Chamber’s annual Awards Luncheon, which is presented this year by the Fremont Tribune. Each of the recipients will receive an award presented by the Tribune.
The luncheon will be held 11:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at the Fremont Golf Club, 2710 N. Somers Ave.
Reservations are required to attend.
Seats are available for $25 or tables of eight are available for $225.
