Gladys Henneman

Gladys L. Henneman, 76, of Lyons died Saturday,

Oct. 31, 2009, at Logan Valley Manor in Lyons.

She was born Oct. 16, 1933, in rural Decatur to Glen and Margaret (Bradshaw) McCulloch. She married Burhl “Art” Henneman on Oct. 21, 1955. They made their home in Decatur. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include: two sons, Walter Henneman and Arthur (and wife, Melody) Henneman, all of Decatur; a daughter, Shirley (and husband, Gary) Stillman of Hooper; brothers, Leonard McCulloch of David City and Joe and LeRoy McCulloch, both of Decatur; a sister, Lucille Stillman of Decatur; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister and five brothers.

The funeral was this morning at Decatur United Methodist Church with the Rev. Philip Sloat-Delley officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery in Decatur.

Pelan Funeral Services in Tekamah was in charge of arrangements.
