Police arrest man for disorderly conduct

A Fremont man was arrested for disorderly conduct Tuesday night.

Fremont Police Lt. Kurt Bottorff said officers were called at 11:19 p.m. to the 1100 block of East 10th Street on a report of a disturbance.

When officers arrived, they heard 43-year-old Tim Peterson yelling from a block away. Bottorff said Peterson continued yelling when he was approached by officers and appeared intoxicated.

Peterson bonded out of Dodge County Jail this morning.
