Three people were transported to Fremont Area Medical Center Wednesday afternoon following a two-vehicle accident.

Fremont Police Lt. Kurt Bottorff said a 1994 Toyota sedan driven by 25-year-old Megan Gore of Fremont was going north on Broad Street near Fifth Street. Gore turned left and her car was struck by a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 75-year-old Arthur Anderson of Wahoo.

Gore and two passengers in her car - a 5-year-old boy and 24-year-old Shasta Godina of Fremont - all were transported to FAMC, where they were treated and released.

Gore’s car sustained $5,000 damage while Anderson’s vehicle had $3,000 damage, Bottorff said.

No citations were issued in the accident.
