Dodge County Court for 11-10

Cases resolved this week in Dodge County Court included:

n Justin Anthony, 23, of Fremont was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, an infraction.

n John Busche, 63, of Cedar Bluffs was sentenced to six months probation and fined $400 for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. His license was revoked for 60 days and an ignition interlock device was approved. Busche also was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service.

n James Charles, 48, of Fremont was given 18 months probation for third-degree domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor.

n Michael Homan, 39, of Fremont was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $400 for DUI-blood alcohol content higher than 0.15, a Class W misdemeanor. His license also was revoked for one year and an ignition interlock device was approved.

n Wayne Johnson, 44, of Hooper was fined $50 for disturbing the peace, a Class III misdemeanor.

n Joshua Keadle, 28, of Fremont was fined $200 and ordered to pay $320 restitution for theft by unlawful taking, a Class I misdemeanor.

n Thomas Layman, 29, of Uehling was fined $50 for disturbing the peace, a Class III misdemeanor.

n Jeffrey Nachtigall, 25, of Omaha was fined $300 for possession of marijuana-less than an ounce, an infraction.

n Ashley Parr, 24, of North Bend was sentenced to 24 hours in jail and fined $200 for driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor. Her license also was revoked for one year.

n Sheryl Snoddy, 18, of Omaha was fined $150 for no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

n Michael Mauch, 43, of Fremont was fined $500 for shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

Warrants were issued for Amanda Hales, 21, of Fremont, and Scott Hart, 33, no address given.
