Cases resolved this week in Dodge County Court included:

* Cody Adams, 22, of Fremont was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, Class III misdemeanor.

* Joshua Adams, 22, of Fremont was fined $350 for disorderly conduct, a Class III misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana-less than an ounce, an infraction.

* Rogelio Altamirano, 26, of Fremont was sentenced to 18 months probation for third-degree domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor.

* Randi Anthony, 22, of Fremont was fined $150 for theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Dalton Baker, 16, of Fremont was sentenced to three months probation for leaving the scene of an accident, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Kenneth Bonow, 39, of Fremont was fined $400 for possession of marijuana-less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, both infractions.

* Andrew Hass, 20, of Nickerson was fined $150 for driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

* Jared Imus, 35, of Ames was fined $150 for theft by shoplifting, * Class II misdemeanor.

* Jordin Ladd, 21, of Fremont was fined $75 for driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Britney Lane, 18, of Fremont was sentenced to 30 days in jail for theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor.

* Matthew Mundil, 19, of Columbus was sentenced to six months probation and had his license impounded for 60 days for DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor.

* Gregory Riffle, 34, of Omaha was fined $150 for driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor, and no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor.

* David Roelle, 55, of Carson City, Nev., was sentenced to seven days in jail and six months probation for DUI-first offense. His license was revoked for six months and an ignition interlock device was approved.

* Matthew Scheer, 21, of Fremont was sentenced to two days in jail and six months probation for DUI-greater than 0.15 blood alcohol content, a Class W misdemeanor. His license also was revoked for one year.

* Jason Stepneck, 26, of Amarillo, Texas, was sentenced to three months probation for leaving the scene of an accident, a Class II misdemeanor. He also was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and attend a defensive driving course.

* Amber Troudt, 22, of Hastings was sentenced to 18 days in jail for false reporting and procuring alcohol for a minor, both Class I misdemeanors.

* Joseph Vandry, 53, of Winslow was fined $100 for issuing a bad check, a Class II misdemeanor.

Warrants were issued for Chiquita Archer, 23, of Fremont and Jessica Swanson, 28, of Fremont.
