Police cite man in hit-and-run

Fremont Police cited a man Monday morning for leaving the scene of an accident.

Deputy Chief Jeff Elliott said 30-year-old Tory Penny of Fremont was driving a 2002 Dodge Ram when he struck a 1994 Chevy pickup in the McDonald’s parking lot at

435 E. 23rd St.

The accident caused $700 to Penny’s vehicle and $600 to the other truck, Elliott said.

Penny was cited for leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.
