| Sizzling Summer Sweepstakes Rules Contest period: June 30, 2008 – Aug. 23, 2008. One winner per household. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Void where prohibited. Open to US Residents 18 years or older only. Contest not open to residents of Puerto Rico, Rhode Island or Florida. Original entry forms ONLY, no photocopies considered. No refunds or store credits will be issued for prizes won. No purchase necessary. Entry forms available in the lobby of the Fremont Tribune at 135 N. Main St. or on our website at www.fremonttribune.com/summer_sizzle. Completed entry forms due every Tuesday at 5pm for the prior Sunday – Saturday week. Weekly prizes will be promoted as “This week’s prize” in the Saturday paper with the corresponding entry form. The grand prize is a Cannon Power Shot A580 camera and a digital photo printer. There is no substitution of prizes unless authorized by the store. The Fremont Tribune reserves the right to make all final decisions. One winner per week. Winning entry selected by random drawing every Wednesday at 5pm and announced in that Friday’s newspaper. Grand prize winner announced on Aug. 29, 2008. Weekly prizes must be claimed within 15 days or they will be forfeited. Winners will be notified by telephone and must formally accept prize via written confirmation within 72 hours of notification. Prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. All winners will be required to execute a statement of eligibility, release of liability and publicity release – failure to do so will render a contest participant ineligible.
