HOT SPICED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
10 - 12 chicken drumsticks
6 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 small bottle Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend, divided
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 325.
Place chicken drumsticks on a large jelly roll pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoonful of Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, melted butter, remaining Mrs. Dash Table Blend and cayenne pepper. Mix well with a wire whisk.
Using a pastry brush baste chicken legs with a generous amount of the sauce. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush with sauce. Repeat two more times.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
